Place almonds in food processor and grind into a meal texture. Add drained walnuts, dates, honey, coconut, raisins, dried cranberries and barley grass powder and process into a dough type mixture.
Roll dough into balls and roll each ball in coconut. Refrigerate 1-2 hours.
Makes 16-24 balls. Approximate nutritional values per ball: 80 calories
